Meet My New Daughter Max (Update)

Several people have asked me about "Max". So I thought I would update you on that situation. She is slowly coming to grips that her name really isn't Max. The day after "Max" it was "Michael" and then she went on to "Brother". She still once in a while will tell me to call her "Brother", but for the most part she answers to Katie. We have had several converstations in the last week trying to remind her that she is not a brother or a boy. As most of you know, she wants nothing to do with girl things, won't wear pink, wants nothing to do with dresses (even on Sunday, it is a battle to get her to wear one) and loves lizards and dirt and trucks and baseball. But, we love her the way she is and love the differences we find in our two girls.
