If you were to ask Katie what she wants to be when she grows up, she'll say anything from a dragon to a donut. This morning she informed me that she wants to be a cowgirl. She wants me to buy her a horse and a pig and live on a farm. It's funny because she really has no idea what a cowgirl is, but Jessie (Toy Story 2) knows all about it. Jessie says
